Workflow Automation#

Stop doing repetitive tasks manually. Workflow Automation lets you define rules that trigger automatically — for example: when a new lead arrives from your website, automatically send a welcome email, create a follow-up task, and assign the lead to the next available sales rep. All without anyone clicking a button.

Where to start: Settings → Workflows. Build your first rule to automatically follow up with new leads within 5 minutes of them filling in your web form.

Email Configuration#

Connect your organisation's email address and set up email templates your entire team can use. Configure DKIM to improve email deliverability so your campaigns land in the inbox instead of spam.

Web Forms & Lead Capture#

Create web forms that capture leads directly from your website. When someone fills in a form, their details go straight into AI Engage CRM as a new lead — no manual data entry, no lost enquiries. You can also trigger a workflow automatically when a form is submitted.

WhatsApp Business#

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to AI Engage CRM. Send WhatsApp messages to contacts directly from their CRM record, manage conversations in a shared team inbox, and send broadcast messages using approved templates.

Integrations#

Connect AI Engage CRM to the other tools your team already uses:
