Accepting Your Invitation

You've been invited#

When an admin adds you as a user, you receive an email invitation. This article is for you, the invited person — setting your password and signing in for the first time.

Step 1 — Open the invite link#

Click the link in your invitation email. It opens a Set your password page that greets you by name and shows the organization you're joining.

Already signed in to a different account in this browser? You’ll see "You’re already signed in". Click Sign Out & Continue to accept the invite for the correct email.

Step 2 — Set your password#

Your email is filled in for you (it can't be changed here). Choose a password and confirm it. The password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Use the eye icons to check what you typed.

Step 3 — Get started#

Click Accept Invitation & Get Started. Your account activates and you land on your dashboard. That's it — you're in.

💡

If the link says the invitation is invalid or expired, ask your admin to resend it (Settings → Users → Resend Invite). Then set up your Personal Settings.
