Where to find it#
Open Marketing → Campaigns. Every campaign you build — both Email and WhatsApp — lives in this one unified list. There's no separate WhatsApp page; instead a Channel filter narrows the list to one channel when you need it. (To build a campaign, see Send an Email Campaign or Send a WhatsApp Campaign.)
Find a campaign fast#
The toolbar above the list gives you several ways to narrow things down:
- Search — the "Search campaigns…" box matches on the campaign name (not subject or content).
- Channel — filter to Email or WhatsApp.
- Status — filter by Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent, or Cancelled.
- Tags — filter by any tags you added to campaigns when building them.
- Send date — a date-range picker (presets or a custom from/to).
- Archived — a toggle that shows your archived campaigns, which are hidden from the list by default.
- Clear all — appears whenever a filter or search is active, to reset everything at once.
Click a column header to sort by Campaign name, Channel, Status, Send Date, or Recipients. Use View options to show or hide columns. The list is paginated, so use the pager at the bottom to move between pages.
💡Open Rate and Click Rate are shown on the list but are
not sortable columns — to compare performance, open a campaign's
analytics report.
Campaign statuses#
A campaign's status controls what you can do with it:
- Draft — not sent yet. The only status you can edit and delete.
- Scheduled — queued for a future time. Still editable/reschedulable, and can be cancelled.
- Sending — the send is in progress. You can only view it or cancel it.
- Sent — the send has completed. You can view analytics, duplicate, or archive it.
- Cancelled — a scheduled or sending campaign you stopped. You can view analytics, duplicate, or archive it.
- Archived — hidden from the default list to reduce clutter. Surface it again with the Archived toggle.
Each row has an Actions menu (the three-dots icon). The options change with the campaign's status:
- Edit / View — open the campaign in the builder (Edit for drafts, View for scheduled).
- View Analytics — for sent and cancelled campaigns, opens the performance report.
- Duplicate — clone the campaign (see below).
- Cancel — stop a scheduled or sending campaign.
- Archive / Unarchive — hide a sent or cancelled campaign, or bring it back.
- Delete — remove a draft (drafts only).
Duplicate a campaign#
Choose Duplicate from the Actions menu to reuse a campaign as a starting point. The copy:
- is named "{original name} (Copy)";
- always starts as a fresh Draft with its schedule reset to send immediately;
- has its stats and send history cleared, so it's a clean slate.
You'll see "Campaign duplicated successfully", then you can edit the copy and send it like any new campaign.
💡Duplicating counts toward your plan's campaign limit — if you're at the limit you'll be prompted to upgrade rather than create the copy.
Archive vs delete#
These are two different things:
- Archive simply hides a sent or cancelled campaign from the default list — nothing is lost. Its analytics stay intact, and Unarchive brings it back at any time.
- Delete permanently removes a campaign, and works on drafts only. Campaigns that have started or finished sending can't be deleted, which protects your reporting history.
💡Use Archive to keep your list tidy after a campaign has run — you keep every open, click and delivery number, just out of the way.
Delete several drafts at once#
Tick the checkboxes next to the campaigns you want to remove. A "{n} selected" bar appears with a Delete button. Because only drafts can be deleted, if your selection mixes drafts with sent campaigns, the confirmation explains that the non-drafts "will be skipped because campaigns that have started or finished sending can't be removed." You'll get a result like "Deleted 3 campaign(s) · 1 skipped."
💡Campaign tags show as small badges under each campaign's name and are great for grouping (e.g. Newsletter, Promo, Q3). You set tags while building a campaign — the list is where you filter by them.
