Introduction to Integrations & Lead Capture

Where integrations live#

Everything in this section is managed from Settings. Open Settings → Developer Hub → Integrations to reach the integrations catalog — the launch pad for connecting AI Engage CRM to the tools you already use.

The Integrations catalog under Settings → Developer Hub

The catalog groups every integration into Connected, Popular, and All Integrations, and you can filter by category — All, Advertising, Messaging, Email, Productivity, Automation, Ecommerce, Payments — or search by name.

What you can connect today#

Two families of lead capture are fully built:

Advertising lead ads — pull leads straight from your ad platforms into Contacts in real time:
- Meta Lead Ads — Facebook & Instagram lead forms.
- Google Lead Form Ads — Google Ads Lead Form extensions.
Web Forms — build your own hosted or embeddable forms that create records in any module. Managed under Settings → Marketing Channels → Web Forms.
API Keys — Personal Access Tokens for the Public REST API, so you can build custom integrations with any third-party app. Managed under Settings → Developer Hub → API Keys.

The catalog also lists cards marked Coming soon — Zapier, Gmail, Google Calendar, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, and Shopify. These are on the roadmap and are not connectable yet. If there is an integration you need, use the Request Integration button on the catalog page to tell our team.
