Make and receive phone calls right inside the CRM by connecting your own Plivo or Twilio account. Learn how Voice works, who can use it, and where it lives.

Start in Settings → Voice and connect your Plivo or Twilio account with its credentials, then choose which numbers to bring into the CRM.

Rename connections, change which numbers are connected, view every number across accounts, and safely disconnect an account — all from Settings → Voice.
