Sales Pipeline & Activities

Meet the tools that move deals forward — the deal pipeline, tasks, calls, meetings, notes, and the activity timeline — and where each one lives.

Before you work deals, define your pipeline. Stages are the options of the Deal "Stage" field — add, rename, reorder, and set them in the Module Builder.

Create a deal, fill in its amount, stage, and close date, and manage it from the detail page with its activities and related records.

See your deals as cards in stage columns, drag them to move stages, and total the amount per column — all on the Kanban board.

Create tasks with due dates, priorities, and reminders, assign them, and mark them complete with a single click.

Schedule meetings with a start and end time, venue, host, and reminders, and see them on your Home calendar.

Record inbound, outbound, and missed calls with their outcome, duration, and notes, linked to the right contact or deal.

The Reminder panel on the Task, Meeting and Call forms now notifies you by email, popup and mobile — not email alone. Here is every control in it, what each one changes, and why the choices it offers differ from one module to the next.

Capture context on any deal or record with rich-text or checklist notes, pin the important ones, and attach files.

Every record keeps an automatic, chronological history — notes, tasks, calls, meetings, field changes, and more — on its Timeline tab.
