Create a meeting from the Meetings module — open the records list, click Create Meeting, and fill in one page covering the details, schedule, people and the record it relates to.
Create an Event in the Calendar
Create a booking link from Meetings → Calendar. The New event wizard takes four steps — name and duration, your weekly availability, where the meeting happens, then a review — and hands you a link people can use to book time with you.
