Your Getting Started Dashboard & CRM Health Score

Where to find it#

Your Getting Started experience appears on your Home dashboard until you build your own dashboard. It shows how far along your setup is and links each step to the exact place you complete it.

The 8 setup steps#

The dashboard tracks eight steps and ticks each one off automatically as you configure it:

  1. Complete Company Profile — add your website, industry, and company size (Organization Settings).
  2. Invite Team Membersadd your first user.
  3. Connect WhatsApp — link a WhatsApp sender.
  4. Connect Email — verify a sending domain or connect an email account.
  5. Set Up Calling — connect a voice provider.
  6. Import Existing Contacts — run a contact import.
  7. Create Sales Pipeline — add your first deal.
  8. Create First Automation — build a workflow.

Your CRM Health Score#

As you complete steps, your CRM Health Score climbs — it's simply the share of the 8 steps you've finished, shown out of 100. The card reads "Goal 100" until you finish everything, then flips to "Unlocked ✓" with a perfect score. A progress ring shows the percent complete and names the next step to tackle.

Customer journey & quick actions#

A customer journey map (Enquiries → Leads → Follow-Ups → Meetings → Quotations → Deals → Revenue) lights up its stages as the related steps are done, so you can see the end-to-end flow you're building. Quick actions and a quick-start checklist give you one-click jumps to the most common first tasks — add a record, import contacts, invite team, create a pipeline, or create a task.

💡
The steps are detected from your real configuration — you can’t tick them manually. Finish the underlying task (e.g. connect a voice provider) and the step completes on its own.
